Offers not working

On iOS app, does not allow me to click on offer to buyer. Shows the items and they it’s eligible to send an offer, and when I click on all the offers, they are gray so I can’t click on any of them and select them. Sales down 80% last 60 days in a robust category with a fully healthy and trusted store with great items priced aggressively with high quality listings and perfect feedback with maximum dynamic promoted listings and one day shipping. It’s not just the economy, it’s obvious search suppression coupled with technical issues (ie like international buyers unable to check out). Numerous calls, tickets, etc. and obvious that eBay’s CS layers couldn’t give less of a damn, pretty sure if their next week’s paychecks were at risk they’d all try a little harder. The way Krylov is directing traffic between shoppers and items and it’s logic is highly flawed regardless of how great the C-Suite thinks AI is for their bottom line. At this point am in the process of pivoting my business away from them to all competing ecomm platforms relevant to my niche and scurrying to boost local sales to help make up the difference. Going to take a miracle to scrape across the finish line this year despite doing EVERYTHING that s supposed to “work” on the platform to generate traffic and sales. The only thing that doesn’t make sense (and the reason I’m posting) is why? Halfway through Q4 and doing worse than Q3 and you’d think the execs would take note that the holes in the boat keep getting bigger. Many sellers bank on Q4 to kick butt to keep the game alive but they way it’s going some heads are going to roll early next year when they can’t make up the lost revenue through even more exorbitant promoted fees (not s sustainable practice). Just doesn’t make any sense as to why's they’d shoot themselves in the foot this bad. Even if they partner with the social platforms to get more traffic it’s going to be the downfall of many businesses. Ebay was never perfect but was historically reliable to some extent if you put the right kind of work in. Any modicum of stability has clearly been eroded and at the same time the company has lost touch with its roots and identity. No idea why as the numbers don’t align with their stated intentions. Biggest WTF of my life.

unbelievable after making the account i did not want i still could not buy an item kept saying something wrong with payment info THERE IS NOT !! I allowed cookies gave up after numerous tries and when tried to sign out under menu I see there was someone else with half of the same user name of mine so they mixed up someone else with MY account good grief do I really need to get mixed up with this site?

My account has been blocked. I've done everything in the instructions i can do but numerous parts of the eBay website are not working, cannot contact anyone, cannot speak to a live person, non of the steps to resolve my issues work, contact and help is useless, can't even chat with an agent. I was able to update my info but I keep receiving a message my account is blocked. I never bought or sold anything on eBay. i checked email and ebay messages. the message say my account has been blocked. I can't remove, disable or delete my account. I don't want my info out there either. it lists reasons it could be blocked but after trying to rectify all account issues 3 days later i am still blocked.
