App and site still down. Was coming to the end of my interest free period so rang them up. A lot of automation but eventually got through to a human.

Tried to palm me off with using the automated system but insisted could I pay over the phone and they relented. Checked my balance through the automated system and my balance has gone to zero now.

Would recommend ringing and making payment there if your plan is near the end of your interest free period.

The website has been unavailable since I took out an interest free plan.
I contacted them about the site constantly being unavailable and got a reply saying my details didn't pass the security check but nothing about the site not working.
