Library login problems.

Cannot log in through Library service (Ess** Libraries). I go through all of the passwords etc and it just offers premium when you click on the publication you require. This problem has occured for some months now. I have managed to log in with much perseverance but seems to get thrown out every 4 weeks and face problems getting back in. It used to be easy to sign back in.

Very frustrating. Happy to read other newspapers that don't rely on press reader. Regarding Guardian and Bangkok Post: they do nothing and wait. Terrible customer relation. If no reaction I will not subscribe there anymore.

It's been 4 days now, and PressReader does not even bother to let us know what's going on. First it was a 502 bad gateway message. Now it is just an out of date edition, without any acknowledgment there is a problem.

I suspect it's Russia linked, probably DDoS, to keep true reports of Ukraine conflict away from Russian subscribers. (In the same way the BBC is being blocked in Russia). It would just be nice if P.R. 'fessed up.
