Anyone having problems booking a flight with their award miles on aa.com? Keep getting "something wrong has occurred" message for the past 7 hours no matter what I do. Never had that problem before. Wait time for any Advantage award agent has been 7 hours ***** Finally received a callback after 7 hours - and instead of connecting me to an agent AA system has me waiting on hold for 20 minutes. What is going on.

AA outright cancelled both of our flights PHX - SEA and rebooked us, but when I went online to confirm or adjust changes, got a message that I would have to call the airline. I called and asked for a callback in 1 hour. They called me back but when I picked up the phone, they disconnected me. I called back and waited on hold for 2.5 hours, then gave up. A few minutes ago, I called again and now the computer is quoting a 4 hour callback. I also found the website was not working on and off over the past 6 hours...
