website is glitchy; sometimes can't log on, selections are very slow to load or require several clicks. Problem is intermediate. Have made several attempts to log on today and have been unsuccessful. I don;t have these problems with other sites I visit regularly so it's not either of my computers.

I get the check user name and password error. Password gas been reset numerous times, cache gas been vleared, app uninstalled, reinstalled a n d still getting the same error message!

If this is a marketing ploy, It is the sorriest attempt to get my phone number ever. The site says "Youre in the right place, but site is unavailable" and gives a phone number to call. A call that isnt going to happen. Fix your damned site.
