site always has issues - redirtects me to russian or other regional sites and it is a hastle to chan ge back to the US version. also, starting from january 2024, it doesn;t let you choose the language and currency, the drop down menu for that just dissapears if you press it...

oh, also, I somehow got the unseccesful payment code "due to security reasons", making my account basically useless. only way to circumvent this was using paypal, but I'm not sure it'll work in the future.

This worked for me.

In the "SHIP TO" dropdown menu's, use United States, English, Dollar, and the state/county of your choosing, doesn't matter. You'll now be able to log in.

Don't worry about the previous settings, it's just to help you log in.

Translation (even to English) is terrible, even at the login page there is no difference in the Dutch version between login and create account and at the main page menu items are in three different languages. The mobile website tries to bully you into using their app (just like Reddit btw). Right now, logging in with valid user and password kicks you back to the login page without even an error message. The chat bot is useless. The quality of the customer support varies a lot.

Unable to log in

I can't login. It just defaults back to a non-logged in state after entering credentials. Everyone I asked around me has the same issue.

Support page doesn't load, I presume it's crowded with people having similar issues at the moment.

I hope this gets fixed soon :>

Problem Logging into AliExpress account!

Every time i have tied to log in today via my email and password, it asks me to input an SMS verification code and asks me to enter my mobile number. However i am not able to input my mobile number in as it does not give me the option for the UK +44 and instead it gives me US +1 code. It was ok this morning and them it started to play up.
