email the tech support they told me some crazy unrelated stuff but in the end they helped with the main issue of stuff not working... According to them, you must have some sort of ad-blocker, cache should be cleared, and you should be good. It started working for me again when i did that. I asked my friend if they were having issues with the site and they said no ..so idk the main problem but im sure the tech support could help u- but they are weird bc it seems like they are in a slums or something being forced to work against their will
