Bbc app not liading

Bbc app not loading. Cleared cache and data. Uninstall, reinstalled, still not loading. Internet fine, everything else loads no problem. Speed checks all good. Been like it now for a few days.

bbc site not loading up

Haven't been able to access bbc.co.uk on my laptop for a week now, Can access it via phone, oddly - every other site on laptop loads, just not the BBC , this was after a windows update, even undoing that made no difference, just comes up with the page failed, reload nonsense NNNNNGH

I've been getting this too. Page has become unresponsive - happens wherever I am in BBC.co.uk. I've looked at this site every day for years and not had this so something has chanhed recently. I'm on a Samsung a3 too. I'm going to do the Contact Us thing that Mark C suggests.

As others have said, ridiculously slow/ unresponsive or crashing for the last few days. Using browser on Samsung phone.
No other issues with my Internet except the BBC news pages.

BBC news & weather web sites incredibly slow ("The page has become unresponsive. You can wait for it to become responsive or close it") on Samsung Galaxy A3 since the most recent Samsung Internet Browser update (to v17.0.1.69) on 09-MAY-2022.

Cleared cache & cookies - no difference.
Uninstalled Android System WebView updates (to v101.0.4951.61 installed on 12-MAY-2022) - no difference (not clear if Samsung Internet Browser actually requires this "app")
Unsintalled Samsung Internet Browser updates, regressing to the factory-installed version on the A3, and worked fine (however, this deletes all the bookmarks and it's not long before Google Play nags you about pending updates for it).
Updates to Samsung Internet Browser & Android System WebView reinstalled, and the site slows down again (however, if you click & hold on a link on (e.g.) a news page, and ask it to open in another tab (rather than your existing tab), it /does/ seem to be almost the old (faster) speed.

The issue is likley a conflict between how the BBC web sites are coded and recent changes to the Samsung Internet Browser.

BBC clearly can't be expected to test all versions of all browsers on all PCs/Macs/Linux/Unix/smartphone/tablets.

In "Settings" on the Samsung Internet Browser, there's an option (I haven't yet tried it) to "Contact us" - I'd suggest folks with issues accessing BBC web sites on Samsung devices use this option to contact Samsung and provide some example URLs and maybe screenshots)

BBC website is not working for me: I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but it's interesting to know. My internet service provider works fine for email, BBC is the site where I listen to a lot of podcasts. The problem is that my system is so slow that the podcast is only broadcasting on the internet for about 7 minutes at a time, and then it is gone. I was able to keep listening to my podcasts with a VPN, like NordVPN and DNS, but that didn't work and I was getting errors on the podcast page (2.5 minutes is about it). Does anyone have the same problem? If so, did you manage to solve it? Any help and advice would be appreciated.
