I am a new member and like many others I am finding the website extremely slow and clunky. Entering membership details was very frustrating as it was so slow and came with many error messages Also the EH Android App is not compatible with the latest version of Android.
This is a shame as our visit experiences have been most enjoyable and we find the staff so engaging.

This site is soooo slow and clunky, the response times for anything you click on are dire. Which brings me to the design of a lot of options. They are spaced too close together. It’s too easy to click on the wrong item especially for elderly fingers. Another issue is there’s no way of checking that you have typed in the correct password, most sites have an ‘eye’ symbol so,you can check before clicking ‘ok’

Can not log into members area, seems a long standing problem that needs to get sorted.
Received a letter in regard to membership payment being taken soon, but what's the point in paying this fee, if can not access members area!!!

App isn't suitable for newer mobile phones. Log in and register and change password sections not working on website, just goes in circles. Doesn't work on latest Firefox, Chrome, Linux and Ubuntu. Takes 5 days to get a reply which gives advice on what you have already tried. Apart from that their IT is wonderful!!! How secure is it? Well...that's another matter, secure for them perhaps , but too secure for their customers to get access
