Gumtree unresolved issues

Messages are not getting delivered, so people will not know if someone has replied to an advert and the person who replied will not know you have not received their message and yet Gumtree has not posted a warning about this, whilst they are presumably trying to resolve. You can't view profiles anymore to see reviews. Messages are showing unread when they have been read and old deleted messages have come back. It was all working fine until they decided to tinker with it, the old adage if it's not broken, don't try to fix it, comes to mind.
