Lloydsbank.co.uk website is not working for me and then the website I'm on comes up and says I need to have my passport showing a T/P to be able to withdraw money. I then have to use a paper form so I call up Lloyds and get someone to sort it out for me. Then I want to make a withdrawal and I get the same red light, so again the other T/P. I call them again, still red, and am told the bank is closed. I then call Lloyds myself and they tell me they'll have to put the code on my card...which I have not got yet, and say they'll try to get the T/P. But never actually did. Whay do I do? Do you have any advice? Any help would be great!
