Can't Log In

Says my password is wrong when I haven't been hacked and I was just on my account days ago. Forget my password emails have never been sent to my email for some reason and I have no VIP receipts. This is highly upsetting and I better get my account back. Funny this happened around the time of the free VIP thing.
