I signed up with Smartmiles. That part of their websites is always down. Despite them advertising you can check driving details, I've never been able to..because its always down. Their app does not support Smartmiles. It only supports SmartRide. Unlike what they advertise.

Garbage website...hit and miss if you can log in or not. Called Tech Support and they choose not to fix. Their measurement of success is if you can log in after 45 attempts then everything is fine. Crap.

House insurance almost double in 3 years. A 50-50 chance of logging in to their site. I bought there policy through Progressive and they did not even give Progressive a good link to the nationwide site, their link sends you to an 'Agent' login page which does not work for a residential customer. nationwide's login page just times out after entering your login information.

Website is terrible and you cannot download transaction into Quicken without modifying the code from their download. I provided a solution to them over 5 years ago and they have still yet to fix the script on their end. Terrible Website.

Attempting to look at my annuity info I get a "504 Gateway Time-Out" . I've tried different browsers, Login, etc is ok. But trying to look at my account gets the timeout error. And no one is there to answer the phone. Yuk!
