Lately every evening I have been having issues, for over a week. Took a while to load then played for about 5 minutes & dropped, quickly came back on for about 10 minutes. Then dropped again with message, to try back later. All other streaming apps. Are working fine. It’s been trying to load for about 10 minutes showing 0%. Just got it to come back on for under a minute & is back to loading, stuck on 31%. 03/07/24

Netflix is islt under attack?

Have 84MBps all my devices connect to internet just fine... Netflix give tvq-pb-101(1.9.0) looping showing internet troubleshooting and then shows good connection but then get error code

Terrible

It’s down in Longwood, Florida on all devices, and even different networks. Five people in this house, 3 separate paying accounts, all different devices on different networks and no one can watch Netflix. Been on hold with Netflix phone customer service over 46 minutes when they said it was a 26 minute hold time due to high call volume. ????????‍♀️

Up until 7 weeks ago, I would have given it 3.5 to 4.0. Since then, I've been unable to get the video portion of the signal (audio is always available) about 30% of the time (I attempt to watch it every day).

There has to be a better solution!

I tried to watch a movie and the screen freezes and then shuts down. I tried several times without success. I then watched a Prime movie with no problem. This has happened over several days. If this is not corrected soon, I will drop my Netflix membership.

the userface and player is all messed up today, tried to contact chat, but the answer was so stupid and retatered that I suspect Netflix have been hacked and the chat was a scam for informations to hack me.

Locked out of account due to payment issue but had already been paid, and system won’t allow payment to restore account. Called Netflix and rep advised to open new Netflix account under different email, which I tried and this is not working either.
