O2.co.uk website is not working for me. So i received a new address from the council for 14 pounds which was fine as i didnt want to pay a penny. However the council told me i couldnt use the car park because of a noise complaint. Is that correct, is it a council issue or am i powerless to change it because it is the council who are trying to keep me in the car? I dont know what else to do. They are very bad companies. A week after we complained, they sent me a late inspection report for the only thing wrong. Another week and another late inspection report. We have a waiting list with the council because of the delay.
