cant pay my paypal credit account

I literally cannot pay my paypal credit statement. when I go to pay, the screen where you choose statement balance, other, etc. No matter which option I choose, I get back system error, try again later. I've tried on my phone, my laptop, my desktop. chrome, safari and brave. always the same. I tried chatting with someone last night and they said I don't have any accounts tied to my account but I have accounts, which is how my pay in 4 pulls from.

Unable to access account. Can't get past the request for cookies OK and my mobile #. Spent an hour of what's left of my life looking for help. Talked to foreign lady who sounded like Mickey Mouse and talked so fast that I thought I had stepped into a time warp in a recording playback. When I told her I couldn't understand her and why, it didn't slow her down a bit or even stop her when I requested she find someone else to talk to me. Her accent didn't matter but the rate and pitch did. Before I started hollering, I quit talking and she said something that sounded like... "...call you back..." so I hung up. This was a very condensed version of our one-sided conversation. The impression I got was PayPal won't work for you unless you approve of their advertising cookies and have a cell phone. I you don't want the advertising cookies and/or don't have a cell phone or want to keep the number private, you can't have PayPal. This is obviously a scam on PayPal's part to clutter up your cell phone with advertising for themselves or their subsidiaries.

On Nov 5th I requested $2,315.17 to be sent over to my bank account that i had saved on paypal. I have yet to receive my money. Th transaction shows it being complete, called my bank and they cant do anything and paypal is claiming the money sent and i have to wait 15 days for them to track the money.

Unauthorized payments, cannot login (autentication problem), no contact possible by phone, so completely blocked. I cancelled bank authorization for automatic payments and ... PayPal is still alive to inform me that I have to reply before 2 December why I don't want to pay the unauthorized activities ... are they joking ??? Shame on you PayPal !!!

I've been trying since 11/13/2020 to talk to a live person regarding a refund of a fee charged because I sent money to a friend. This friend managed to talk to someone on that date because she couldn't access the money I sent. The person at Paypal that she spoke to said there was a "problem" on their end, then she stated there was nothing she could do. In the meantime, I sent numerous messages on Friday, only to have an emailed response today to check my inbox on Paypal. The person got my question completely wrong and never even communicated further -- there's no way to even message or chat or talk on the phone with them. They ARE open today, according to their recorded message, and I just called a number that my friend gave me, yet there's no answer, just a message that there are "extended" wait times and that people should call back. Months ago, there was a phone number for them that you could call. Now, you have to leave a message, they message that you have a message, then they misunderstand your message (because Paypal outsources and there is a language barrier), then you have to wait a few days until they message again letting you know you have a message. What is going on????!!!! I pay my balance in full every month, and I'll bet I'll be contacted right away if I don't. No one seems to know a thing, and you can't contact anyone at all -- just like Facebook. Silicon Valley.

PayPal website is not working for me anymore. I've emailed them a few times to try and get it working. They never reply. Paypal is a loser. I'm in Gurgaon and its not working for me. I have contacted numerous PayPal email addresses, but cant find any success. It is very annoying. About a month ago, my purchases from you guys did not move even one cent. Today I ordered 2 pens from the web site and got them in the mail. However, I need to contact the webshop to complain and make my complaints known so they can fix the problem. In the meantime I have paid 16 Canadian dollars and 17 US dollars which amounts to only 10 cents extra. And, when I make my complaint, it'll be tried to see what they can do to resolve the problem.

Paypal website is not working for me: I have a PayPal Account and it says that the payment option is not available. How can I make my purchase? PayPal is an email-only payment option.
