I have been trying to get photocards for my two kids since May and I have called several times with no help at all. I am always redirected on line but the end results for me is # This is not working right now.

For the last 3 days, I have been trying to apply for my Oyster 60+. I got to the Verification page. I wanted to print the page so i can apply at the post office. The page where it says to download an print verification letter does not work I repeatedly clicked but nothing happened. How do i find the Verification Letter?
