My daughter sent me her customer number.
When I enter it the system says she doesn't exist.
But she does exist. I've seen here and everything.
So neither she nor I know whether the system can't find a match for her because she's completed her application or because the system's shit.
If she has completed her application why did I receive an email telling me to log into my account and give my financial details?
Quite apart from the face the link you sent in the email us completely useless and sends you to a general information page and not to the account login page.
I work in government online transactions.
This system is a disgrace.

I work on the HMRC website, packed with online transactions.
This is the crappest online transaction I've ever seen.
Five hours trying to log in, with help of wife and daughter.
Still haven't managed.
Dogshit.
