Problem is that when you click on an article, it comes up with a sign in with your Google account. Well people don’t necessarily want to use Google and I certainly don’t want to use Safari, and for Google to have knowledge of what I am looking at. Also the reason for not using Facebook. Get rid of the sign in pop up Telegraph and problem solved. It’s up to people what browser they use a note for someone else to decide.

Repeatedly unable to log in on certain days at certain times, and none of the Admin suggested links work. Log in accepts my address, then when I press 'Continue' it sometimes a) does not let me enter my password and just revolves around endlessly: at other times b) I get to enter the password and then it revoles around endlessly. If I go onto the Puzzles website it does not even request a log in, just revolves around endlessly.
I've tried the obvious - cleaning the cookie cache + disc clean, switching computer off and on - makes no difference.
I have no problems with.any other website.

I think it’s a safari/DT issue. Clearing the cache works once but if you navigate away from DT and then return it refuses to load comments

Clearing cache and browser history only works temporarily as a fix. Same problem ( comments not loading) soon comes back. This has been 2 days now. Telegraph must be aware of a problem because most stories have a really low comments count - e.g 17 after a few hours when there would normally be hundreds.

Comments not been loading since last night. I suspect it’s not technical but censorship as they did reply to my request to cancel subscription. I made a statement about freedom of speech and queried whether it was due to some fringe group or pro Putin lobby, they replied they were sorry I wanted to cancel subscription and to ring to cancel. Did not deny and did not state having technical problems.

It looks like an issue with Safari. Can’t load comments on iPad or iPhone with Safari but it worked with Edge on my iPhone. Been like this for 24 hours. I would have reported this to the DT but they seem to great care to make it impossible to report in in in incidents.

Definite problems with loading comments. Ive tried reinstalling, clearing browser caches etc etc. Comments appear occasionally but most of the time fail to load. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out if it was me ( a paying subscriber) or them. Its them….a notice on their website explaining the problem wouldn't have gone amiss…very sloppy and poor service….sack the IT team !

I cannot comment on any article which has the new version of the comments section. The usual version I can but not this version which I don't think many like anyway. I have reported it to them but haven't heard anything apart from a standard email. If the DT is having problems - and I can't believe I am the only one - you would think they would put something in the paper. They needn't inform everyone individually. There are fewer and fewer article one can comment on these days and to not being allowed on some is frankly annoying.

Telegraph.co.uk website is not working for me and I get an error message if I try to go to an article on the British Library website. I tried all the fix it suggestions and didn't work. I hope somebody may have some suggestions to fix this problem please. Bizarrely, if I go to the screen and make a user-generated content account (after I used a profile manager app to do so), everything works fine. So I'm not entirely sure what is going on. I'm running 12.10.3 (1713127) and running all stock drivers, and updating to the latest under the Wireless page. The issue here seems to be either that there is something wrong with how the Wireless app handles content, or the device is too new and is not being promoted properly.
