Guardian down in Europe

Getting Error 404 on different Guradian URLs and browsers all this morning in Greece. Don't know why it's not getting through. Put the VPN, like NordVPN on with a UK server and 'ding' straight in.

I pay £3 a month but can't access anything. The app/website opens with headlines but if I click on anything I get directed to instructions that I need to increase my payment

The app constantly freezes on screen, so am unable to read more than one or two articles at a time. I then have to close the app and reopen if I wish to continue reading. I've tried various ways to rectify the inefficient app, to no avail.

Guardian and Independent both fail DNS lookup

Both theguardian.com and independent.co.uk are failing DNS lookup - report is cannot resolve name. Both sites are unreachable from virginmedia - but seem to be ok from the USA so far... suspect a DNS server issue.

Cannot open Guardian app on my laptop.
On my Android phone I can access news headlines, but nothing opens (except the crossword). This has been going on since at least yesterday evening.

About 3-5 days ago firefox on Ubuntu linux stopped showing the vertical scrollbar after the site loaded. The scroll bar is visible right up until the load completes then disappears. Attempting to scroll down/up using the mouse thumbwheel also fails so it is impossible to read the site.

Guardian website is not working for me. It just reloads a version of the website I just had. I suspect it's a fix for a third-party pop-up blocker. I used to be able to subscribe to the Guardian's blog – which hasn't worked for a few weeks. My internet provider has put me on a pre-order so my internet speed has been down since August 2016 but I am still at a constant 3Mbps download speed. My broadband provider is also renegotiating my contract so it looks like the only option to get broadband at the moment is to buy a monthly contract with Sky's sports package with my current broadband contract. I have always used them for my TV in the past and feel it is a reputable ISP and I wish them all the best in terms of investing in providing services.
